Tomorrow afternoon we are going to be starting our tee renovation. The company is out of Leesburg and has pushed us ahead of some other courses so that we can get our club done faster. We had already started spraying the weeds on tees that we are going to sprig, some of the tees will be able to be sodded with the existing grass that we have. In total we are hoping that by July our tees are completed with the grow in and our collars will be sodded in some of the weaker areas. Thank you to everyone for understanding that all of this takes time as we continue everyday to improve our golf course. We are hoping to have minimal interruption over the next few weeks.
We are working on our summer reciprocals for members. We have set up some really good golf courses so far. Below please find a list of the golf courses that are secured and hopefully more to follow soon.
Within the next couple of weeks we should be getting our tees laser leveled , some stripped and resodded and some will be sprigged and grown in to continue our renovations. The driving range will be enlarged to create a much larger hitting area. Our collars are starting to come in as well . The weeds were starting to encroach onto the greens and we needed to take immediate action so that they did not take over our new greens. You can see how much work we have accomplished in a short time and things will only progress as we start to get into the growing season. Feel free to start doing your rain dance as we have received 4/10 of in inch in the last 60 days.

Our Easter Brunch is filling up fast. Still a few reservations left with over 120 reservations have already been booked. You won’t want to miss out on this one.
We will be hosting an Easter Brunch in The Moccasin Wallow Golf Club at the MOC Bar and Grill. Reservations will be taken over the phone and will be held with a credit card. Our brunch will be served from 10am to 2pm. Please call Samantha at 941 723 0500 to reserve your spot. 150 reservations already taken. Just a few spots remain.
