Membership Fee for 2025 Golf Season.

Single 12 Month Membership Rates

$2910 ($2310+ tax. $600 food minimum**)

includes unlimited greens fees, handicap, 10% off soft goods in golf shops, 10% off restaurant including alcohol sales. $600 will be applied to the restaurant as a credit.

*This can be paid monthly and does not include golf cart.

** the restaurant is not currently open. this is a guide to what we expect members to spend in the restaurant once open. those not willing to participate will be changed to a multi play card option.

$4650 ($3450+ tax. $1200 food minimum**)

6 Month Single Membership Rates

$1900 ($1600 + tax. $300 food minimum**)   

unlimited greens fees handicap, 10% off soft goods in golf shops, 10% off restaurant including alcohol sales. $300 will be applied as a restaurant credit.

6 Month Couple Rates

$3225 + tax 

unlimited greens fees for 6 months, handicap, 10% off soft goods in golf shops, 10% off restaurant  including alcohol sales.

3 Month Single Rates

$1125 + tax

unlimited greens fees, handicap, 10% off soft goods in golf shops, 10% off restaurant including alcohol sales.

3 Month Couple Rates

1 Month Membership 

$425

** restaurant currently not open so no food minimum required.

*Cart Fees 

$18.00 plus tax per round for 18 holes. Nine hole rate of $11.21 plus tax.

The second is a trail fee for homeowners that own their own cart and have a single or family trail fee to match.
*Single private cart trail fee $1500 + tax 125 x 12 months $1125 for 6 month trail fee. $750 for 3 month trail fee

*Family trail fee $2400+tax  $200 x 12 months

The third option is unlimited use of a club cart for $1800 per person.
