Moccasin Wallow Membership Contract and Guest
Playing Year 2023/ 2024
All members agree to abide by the following Conditions of Membership, refusal to do so may result in termination of playing privileges:

1) Moccasin Wallow may terminate membership and guest privileges for conduct unbecoming of a member. Conduct unbecoming a member will be reviewed by management and the member shall be given an opportunity to discuss this issue with management prior to a decision terminating membership.
2) Conduct unbecoming a member constitutes anything golf course deems detrimental to the club, in the traditions of the game of golf, as well as according to accepted civility in a business environment.
3) Trail fee requirements: To be eligible to use a personal cart at this facility, all carts on trail fee must require proof of Homeowners insurance or auto insurance that covers use of a golf cart. Furthermore, all carts will be subject to inspection by Moccasin Wallow staff prior to first use.
4) All members play this golf course at their own risk and hold Moccasin Wallow harmless from any liability whatsoever regarding their use of the premises. In the event that a member damages a golf cart owned by Moccasin Wallow, said member agrees to reimburse Moccasin Wallow for all costs incurred in the repair or replacement of such vehicle. This provision applies to any substantive damage caused by such member to the golf course or facilities.
5) All members must have a credit card or debit card on file for automatic billing.
6) All accounts must be paid within 10 days after receipt of billing from the club. If a member fails to pay their bill, this will constitute a default of membership, the forfeiture of playing privileges, defaults on their membership contract, and the former member the will be required to pay collection and all legal fees the golf course incurs.
7) All members agree to abide by the USGA rules of golf etiquette while playing and furthermore agree to leave the golf course in the same condition they found it while playing, by raking bunkers and repairing divots and ball marks on greens.
8) If there is an injury where the golfer cannot physically play the remainder of a season, such must be verified by written report of a physician, and a pro-rated refund may be issued at the discretion of the Moccasin Wallow management.
9) All members must provide a driver’s license, mailing address and email address upon signing this membership contract.
10) Members can make tee times 7 days in advance. Members must cancel at least 24 hours ahead of actual time. After a third cancellation of less than 24 hours said member will have loss of tee time reservation and rely on walkup up. We will always fit members in as we would like every opportunity to continue selling tee time.

A) Membership privileges for 12-month members:

1. The ability to make 7-day advance tee times.
2. Establishment of a USGA handicap.
3. A 10% discount on restaurant purchases in the restaurant, including room rental fees.
4. A 10% discount on soft goods in the golf shop.
5. The ability to participate in a Summer reciprocal program, allowing access to other golf facilities.

B) Membership privileges for 6-month members and “50-200” play punch card holders:

1. The ability to make 7-day advance tee times.
2. Establishment of a USGA handicap
3.  A 10% discount on restaurant purchases in restaurant including room rental fees.
4.  A 10% discount on soft goods in the golf shop.

C) Membership privileges for 3-month members as well as “30 play” punch card holders.

1.   The ability to make 7 -day advance tee times.
2.   A 10% discount on restaurant purchases in restaurant including room rental fees.
3.   A 10% discount on soft goods in the golf shop.

D) Daily, weekly, Monthly and Social members as well as 10 and 20 play card holders
1. The ability to make 7 day advance tee times.
