Opening festivities this weekend March 3 & 4

This weekend we will have our official opening. On Friday at 5 pm we will have a ribbon  cutting followed by fireworks and live music. Saturday we will have the Tour Van Experience  as well as a few of our vendors on display, free hour d’ oeuvres to those in attendance. Come out and see The Newly renovated Moccasin Wallow Golf Club and MOC Bar and Grill.

We give our condolences to the Manatee Chamber of Commerce on the sudden passing of their president Bob Bartz. They will be having their services on Friday. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Chamber and the Bartz family and friends.

Grand Opening March 4, 2017 Tour Van Experience

On Saturday March 4th, 2017 we will have our Grand Opening featuring the Tour Van Experience. Our good friend Scott Garrison  runs the largest independent support trailer on the PGA Tour.

Scott Garrison is a Master Club Builder on the PGA Tour and has been building clubs for the top players in the world for over twenty years. due to our delayed opening we are prorating the membership and offering the rest of February for people to join our club.

$1900 + tax

$150 per month x 12 =$1800 includes $100 for a warm up bag, handicap, %10 off soft goods in golf shops, %10 off restaurant not including alcohol sales

Prorated rate $1600 + tax

Couple

$3500 + tax

$275 per month x 12 =$3300 includes $200 for a warm up bag, handicap, %10 off soft goods in golf shops, %10 off restaurant not including alcohol sales

Cart Fees

The first is a cart fee for each round played. $20.50 per round
The second is a trail fee for homeowners that own their own cart and have a single or family trail fee to match.

Soft Opening weekend

First we would like to thank everyone for their support during our “soft Opening.” We were grateful that everyone showed up the first day and loves the product we have created. We have decided to keep our rates thru February as we are going to use this month as our “spring training” for our new staff to get acclimated to our new point of sale system. We couldn’t be happier with our new staff. We are in the hospitality business and are making sure that everyone is greeted with a smile the minute they step on property. Our Rates will still be $45 before 12pm/ $35 after 12/ and $30 after 2:30. These prices do include cart. We have created a great value with the golf course and the MOC Bar and Grill and it was great to meet all of our new extended family.

On another note I have been invited to talk on Sirius/XM radio Wednesday night Channel 92 golf show “on Course” with Grand Darby and Brian Crowell and we will be talking about the past, Present, and the future of our vision for The MOC. We hope everyone can tune in and listen Wednesday night at 8pm.

We are very happy to announce that we will be opening for business tomorrow Friday, February 10th , 2017. We will be open for golf and restaurant and bar with limited menu.  Tee times can be made online as well as calling. If we can non not answer please leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible. We look forward to serving you all.
