Update on the Property

There has been significant changes to the property. They have broken ground on the future development in front of our property as they have announced at grocery store as well as future hotel coming to our area. We have cleared out the trees that had fallen during Hurricane Irma and soon will begin planting new trees to replace the ones we had lost. We have sprayed wetting agents, As well as fungicides to prep our golf course for our next growing season. We are working on putting sod down in our bare areas as well as spraying the rest of the weeds and fertilizer to continue our Bermuda growth. We look forward to the many rainfalls that come in our future. Our greens continue to be great and the golf course is not far behind with some water.
As April approaches we are adding some different pricing structures as well as our hopes of growing the game. Sunday is our family day where we would love to see more families are playing and as always in the afternoon kids play free With a paid adult.
